It's Memorial Day Weekend.
It's not just the first holiday of the summer. It is a day of remembrance.
Let us remember the Patriots who have died in service to our country. But, let us also be thankful for the Patriots who returned home to their loved ones.
There are some dates I'll never forget -- the day my son was born and the day he returned home from his first military deployment. The sight of his face as he emerged from that car was (and is) the most beautiful thing I had ever seen.
